The development includes 44 three- and four-bedroom homes paired with two-bedroom ADUs, creating new housing opportunities for income-eligible working families, and a path to home ownership.

As part of Giving Tuesday, were excited to highlight Parkside at Sabre City, a groundbreaking affordable housing community in Placer County! This innovative development will feature manufactured homes, with each lot offering both a main residence and an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Parkside will provide a variety of housing options, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, for income-eligible renters whose household incomes do not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). It’s another step toward making safe, affordable housing accessible for all.
