Shine On Support is designed to help Moms transition to Motherhood during the first year of the babies life. Shine On also offers Bringing Baby Home education classes. Currently we are educating all couples that are expecting their first or second baby about the transitions that takes place when you bring the baby home. In this course you will learn about the changes that take place hormonally, ph
ysically, as well as parental shift, changes in the relationship with your partner, and more. The second service we provide is encouragement. During the first year things can be stressful, hormones, baby blues, depression, breastfeeding troubles, lack of support, returning to the workplace, and more. We offer monthly encouragement meetings as well as more in depth 6 week courses to provide support and hope. One of the best things for a Mom is to take care of herself and be around other Moms that are in similar situations. Lastly, we want to empower Moms all over to be who they were created to be. This is similar to life coaching but provides you with an accountability partner and some goal setting sessions that moves beyond the day to day Mommy tasks and helps us achieve our purpose.
