Bethel Lutheran Church

Bethel Lutheran Church Join us for Worship each Sunday morning at 9:00am followed by Sunday School for ALL Ages at 10:15am. We welcome all ages to share worship with us.

Come as you are, wherever you are on your faith journey. We share Holy Communion each week. All of our worship gatherings have a Lutheran liturgical feel with a variety of musical styles -- all gatherings are casual and kid friendly.

We continue taking our 80th anniversary celebration out into the community.

This month's project -- collecting undergarments for the women staying at the shelter run by St. John's Program for Real Change in Sacramento -- our longtime partners in community ministry.

All sizes are welcome -- our goal is at least 80 items. Please continue bringing your donations to church. We will be collecting throughout the month of June.

As part of our 80th Anniversary year-long celebration we are finding ways to share our joy with our ministry partners.

We love Mt. Cross Ministries our local Lutheran camp where so many of us have built lifelong friendships and memories. When we learned that they needed a new ice machine we stepped up and went shopping!

Taking care of business at our June semi-annual meeting last Sunday.
We elected new Servant Team members -- congratulations to Jackie & Rick who join Terri, Barb, and Pastor Carolyn for a new term.
We also heard some exciting updates from our Montessori tenants and 80th Anniversary team.

Today is Election Day -- the final day to vote in the California Primary election.
If you haven't mailed in or dropped off your ballot -- use the link below and head to your local voting center to cast your vote either by dropping off your pre-filled ballot or getting one there and voting onsite. To be sure your ballot is counted, vote in person today. Polls close at 8:00pm.
