The Spanger Read-a-thon is coming!

Get ready, Spartans — our fall fundraiser is all about reading, school spirit, and big fun!

The 2026 Spanger Read-a-thon will run from Monday, September 14 through Sunday, September 27. Students will be encouraged to read as much as they can, track their reading minutes, and collect donations from family and friends to support programs, assemblies, hands-on learning experiences, and special events at Spanger.

We’ll celebrate with a student-only Spanger Reading Carnival on Friday, September 25 during school hours!

More information will be coming home soon. Until then, start getting excited and get those books ready!

A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing Spanger families who have come out to support our booth! We’re off to a fantastic start, and every purchase helps fund the incredible events, programs, and activities we provide for our students throughout the year.
