MN Courts Bias Against Fathers Leads to Murder of Child by Mom
The problems in MN family courts (and child protection court) remain almost the same after 23 years of attempts at legislative change, which continues to be stalled at the MN legislature by the divorce lawyer lobby and the DV industry. WHY? I can tell you why. Just ask me.
Change is needed:
1. Unmarried fit fathers must have parental rights to custody and parenting time without "suing" the mom in court to fight for those rights.
2. False allegations of abuse must be prosecuted.
3. Dads must be considered innocent until proven guilty.
4. There must be a rebuttable presumption of equal shared parenting time and custody for fit fathers from the start.
5. The system continues to overlook mental health issues of mothers, but the courts, lawyers, custody evaluators, parenting consultants and other practitioners against equal time for fathers look for any excuse to restrict a child's right to their fit father. THIS MUST STOP.

Our founder, Molly K Olson, has fought to pass a rebuttable presumption of equal parenting in the legislature for over 20 years. Our team at CPR knows that equal shared parenting is supported by a majority of citizens. It is the few corrupt family court professionals that oppose it. The research is clear; children need both fit, loving parents and the people support equal parenting time.
