On Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. HomeAid Sacramento has the privilege of helping nonprofits build places for families to live, gather, and feel at home—and we do so with deep gratitude for the freedoms made possible by their sacrifice. Today, we remember the fallen, honor their legacy, and hold their families in our thoughts.

Thanks to the generosity of Pennymac Roseville employees, more than 350 clothing items worth over $1,600 were donated to xHope’s Threads of Hope Closet, supporting vulnerable youth in Elk Grove and Sacramento.

The items will be presented to xHope at an upcoming renovation ribbon-cutting celebration.
HomeAid Sacramento is grateful for this meaningful support and partnership. 💛

Momentum is building following HomeAid Sacramento’s Caldor Fire Rebuild Kickoff earlier this week. This project is focused on restoring safe, stable housing for those impacted by the fire.

A sincere thank you to Elliott Homes , USA Properties Fund Inc. , and NEXT Crafted, Inc for stepping up to build the first six homes, with each builder contributing two homes.

We appreciate the continued support as this effort gains visibility and impact.

An exciting day today as we celebrate the kick-off of the first six homes of our Caldor Fire Rebuild Project! When the County of El Dorado first approached our Executive Director to ask for access to resources and materials, Amber Lane Robbins said "we wanted to do something bigger and more grand to show the residents they have not been forgotten."

We hope to see you at today's media event to celebrate and rally support for the next six homes! 🏠

Thank you, FOX40 for sharing our story.

The major impact of HomeAid Sacramento would not be made possible without our incredible Building Industry Partners or our unique and direct access to our builders and trade partners. HomeAid was built on the philanthropic spirit of our great industry and our mission allows us to tell the untold story of what Building Industry partners have done for many years.

We're grateful to our contributors of this year's HomeAid video for the North State BIA Installation of Officers Event.

Thank you to Assemblywoman Maggy Krell; Price Walker from Elliott Homes (2026 HomeAid Board Member); and Patrick McGuirk of USA Properties Fund Inc. (2026 HomeAid Sac Board Chair) for joining Amber Lane Robbins (HomeAid Sacramento Executive Director).
