Federal authorities charge noncitizens with voter fraud in state after state — even as Democrats insist it 'just doesn't happen.'

Three noncitizens were charged this month in Philadelphia County alone, part of which is represented by a Democratic congresswoman who declared noncitizen voting a 'non-issue.' One suspect, a Mauritanian illegal immigrant, is accused of voting in seven federal elections since 2008.

The cases span Pennsylvania, Minnesota, New Jersey, Florida and Hawaii, involving nationals from at least a dozen countries.
