Vile misrepresentation by MPR. Ironically claiming we're spreading misinformation while doing exactly that!

MVA has never published misinformation. We've asserted our right to dissent with the new felon voting statute based on a plain reading of the MN constitution. The Anoka County Attorney (and AG Ellison) threatened legal action and prosecution over our protected free speech, resulting in the request for injunction. Minnesota officials were using the law to block contested claims about when felons were allowed to vote in Minnesota elections.

Another big legal win in MVA v. Ellison! Free Speech (initially about whether supervised felons have a constitutional right to vote) is protected by the 8th Circuit injunction.
