Our beautiful Sunflower 🌻

She truly brings the sun wherever she goes.

She has been waiting for her forever home for TWO YEARS.

Her babies are gone and grown, and yet she waits. She doesn't lose hope. She shines her light every day in the hopes that someone who needs it most will scoop her up and show her as much love and comfort as she gives to those that know her.

Thank you to everyone who came out to Camp SOS today! We had a great time and hope you did too! Thank you to Nazareth Veterinary Center for hosting and for running the raffles, including donating the cat tunnel bed! And thank you to Maegen & Jen for donating the robot litter box and the Baileys for donating the s’mores maker! Congrats to our winners - Cori, Pete and Cameron - we will be in touch to arrange pickup next week! A big thank you to Mon & Mel’s Sweet Scoops Ice Cream Truck and Bartholomew's Quiet Valley Farm and Dairy for joining us! And, as always, we appreciate all of our volunteers who help us bring these events to life!

Mr. Mcgregor was adopted two years ago and found his best friend. He thrived as the only pet and soaked up all of his owner's attention.

Unfortunately she had to relocate into a facility where he was unable to accompany her and now he finds himself once again searching for his best friend. He loves deeply but prefers people over animals. He would do best as the only pet in a household. He is FIV positive but that doesn’t stop him from living his life and he would love to be considered as your new best friend. Won’t you consider helping Mr. McGregor heal his broken heart? This vocal fella will let you know how much he appreciates you❤️

P.S- he is a huge fan of and has lots to say about them✨*Volume up*

Colony progress update:

We are actively supporting TNR efforts for a local colony that needs help! This week more adults were fixed, including a momma, and these sweet, sickly babies were saved and placed into a medical foster home where they will be healed and pampered until they are ready for adoption.

We are just shy of our 3 year anniversary establishing our rescue. We are so incredibly grateful for our community support as we have grown and expand our outreach in our local communities.

A note from Goldfish's foster family ❤️

"Goldfish has been our foster cat for a year. He started out with a bit of an attitude and looking back on it, can you really blame him? He wasn’t sure he could trust us after having been let down before. We spent the last year showing Goldfish that you can trust humans and that you can let your guard down to soak in the love. Over the past year, he has learned to get along with our animals and will always be where the people are. Looking for a friend filled with personality who is happiest beside you? Goldfish would love to find his forever home so that he can settle in and enjoy this phase of life."

Meet just a few of the adorable “campers” who will be hanging out with us at our second annual Camp SOS at Nazareth Veterinary Center on May 30! 🏕️🐾

You’ll have the opportunity to visit four different stops on our camp tour to meet, cuddle, and love on these sweeties, and MANY more of their furry friends, all hoping to begin the greatest adventure of their lives: finding their forever homes. 🩵

Join us right after the Nazareth Pet Parade for an afternoon full of fun, including:
🐐 A petting zoo
🧁 Yummy treats
🐱 Cat & kitten cuddle time
🎟️ Tours of our “camp” for a $5 donation
