Maple Puff is a 1 yo Domestic short hair female. She had been fostered but was recently returned to the shelter because she didn't love being in a house with little kids. Maple would hide until kids went to bed then she would come out looking for attention and cuddles with the adults. Maple is super sweet and has the most adorable face 🥰 . She would do well in a quieter house with either big kids or no kids. She is spayed and ready for her forever home.

This sweet boy is 14 years old!!! He was brought in under the TNR program but it was discovered he had already been neutered. He did not have a microchip. This gentle older guy was owned at one point. His ear was tipped with the intention of returning him back outside however considering how sweet he is, staff decided to try to get him adopted. Don't let his grumpy face fool you, he is a love bug. He is looking for a quiet and comfy home that he can loaf around in. He appears healthy for an old guy and is ready for adoption today!

‼️RESCUE NEEDED‼️

This is Pigeon (A052136). He came to us in pretty rough condition. He's very thin (a 1 on the BCS) and has nasal discharge as well as excessive salivation. He also has severe dental disease with ulcers and mucositis.

It's clear from his ear tip and the fact that he's already neutered that Pigeon has been through a TNR program before. He's not feeling well so he doesn't do much other than lay around, but he doesn't seem to mind being pet.

Our medical team diagnosed him as having severe feline stomatitis. Stomatitis is a chronic condition where the cat's immune system overreacts to dental plaque and bacteria. It cause inflammation of the cats mouth, affecting gums, tongue, and cheeks. It causes ulcers, drooling, bad breath, and difficulty eating.

Stomatitis is treated with medications, dental cleanings, and sometimes even tooth extractions.

Pigeon has already had some loose teeth removed, but unfortunately FBCAS isn't equipped to properly extract and clean his teeth here in shelter. He has been started on some medications to hopefully help him, but what he really needs is a rescue to step up and help him get the further medical care he needs. Due to his medical needs, he's currently available for rescues only.

Meet Rosy and Rusty (A051580-A051581). They're an adorable 4WO brother and sister duo looking for a foster or rescue to help them thrive.

They're eating kitten mush (canned kitten food mixed with kitten milk replacement) through a syringe.

Update: Safe with a foster!!

‼️URGENT‼️RESCUE OR FOSTER NEEDED‼️

This litter of four 3-day-old kittens have just found their way to FBCAS. Being under a week old, they are too young to thrive on their own and need the help of a bottle feeder ASAP. We are hoping to find them a rescue or a foster to take them home by the end of the day.
