Scholarship applications for the Leadership Fort Bend Tuition Assistance Program close May 31st! ⏰

This partial scholarship provides $1,500 toward Leadership Fort Bend tuition for qualifying applicants who are passionate about growing as leaders and making an impact in Fort Bend County.

Eligible applicants include:
• Small business owners or employees of businesses with 5 employees or less
• Non-profit professionals
• Self-employed individuals
• Elected officials
• Government employees

If you are ready to learn more about the people, resources, and leadership shaping Fort Bend County, we encourage you to apply before the deadline.

Applications are weighted based on community involvement, chamber membership, Fort Bend County residency or business presence, tenure in position, and timely submission.

In observance of Memorial Day, the Chamber office will be closed Friday, May 22 through Monday, May 25. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness will never be forgotten.

Yesterday, we officially wrapped up the RISE 2026 Total Resource Campaign and what an incredible success it has been! 🎉

The quote featured in our photo says it best: “Life is meant to be lived together.” That spirit of connection, collaboration, and community is exactly what made this campaign so special. Our volunteers showed up in a big way, proving that when people come together with a shared purpose, amazing things happen.

While sponsorship opportunities have officially closed for current members, tickets and attendance will still be open to all of our upcoming events — and new members will still have opportunities to review remaining inventory and get involved so make sure to reach out to Christina Goodwin at [email protected] to learn how you can become a member!

We are thrilled to share that this campaign wildly surpassed our goal, and that success is a direct reflection of the dedication, passion, and hard work of our incredible volunteer team. A very special thank you goes to our outstanding TRC Chair, Lisa Ta with Texas Regional Bank, whose leadership helped drive this campaign to new heights.

Thank you to everyone who supported, participated, and believed in this effort. We can’t wait to do it again when the next campaign kicks off in Spring 2027! 💙
