This role is ideal for someone with a heart for service and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, home-like environment.
Position Details:
• Title: House Manager / Live-In Caregiver
• Location: Houston, Texas (On-site, live-in role)
• Compensation: Semi-monthly salary (negotiable)
• Benefits: Free housing, utilities, and meals included
• Living Space: Private room provided
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Provide daily personal care and support to residents
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals
• Monitor medical schedules and document care-related activities
• Communicate updates with the Resident Care Administrator
• Report any changes in resident wellbeing
Qualifications:
• Previous caregiving, hospitality, or house management experience preferred
• Ability to live on-site full-time
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Must pass a background check and provide verifiable references
