In partnership with KegoCares LLC, the JEM Foundation is excited to share a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate, dependable caregiver interested in making a meaningful impact in the lives of adults and seniors.

This role is ideal for someone with a heart for service and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, home-like environment.

Position Details:

• Title: House Manager / Live-In Caregiver
• Location: Houston, Texas (On-site, live-in role)
• Compensation: Semi-monthly salary (negotiable)
• Benefits: Free housing, utilities, and meals included
• Living Space: Private room provided
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Provide daily personal care and support to residents
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals
• Monitor medical schedules and document care-related activities
• Communicate updates with the Resident Care Administrator
• Report any changes in resident wellbeing
Qualifications:
• Previous caregiving, hospitality, or house management experience preferred
• Ability to live on-site full-time
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Must pass a background check and provide verifiable references

🎉 Celebrate National Resolution Planning Day with JEM Foundation TX! 🎉

Today, December 30th, is National Resolution Planning Day—a perfect opportunity to gather your loved ones and set meaningful goals for the upcoming year! At JEM Foundation TX, we believe in the power of togetherness and growth, and what better way to do both than by creating New Year's Resolutions as a family?

Fun Family Resolution Ideas:

🖼️ Create a Vision Board: Design a shared vision for the year with a creative, inspiring board filled with dreams and goals.

✍️ Make a Resolution Jar: Write down your resolutions and revisit them throughout the year to check progress.

🗓️ Monthly Challenges: Set a different goal for each month and celebrate your successes together.

💬 Family Journaling Night: Reflect on the past year and write down resolutions in personalized journals.

🎯 Goal Mapping Together: Use paper or a whiteboard to map out everyone’s personal and family goals!
