Hey HKRS Lower Merion Families,

Just checking in to let you know that we are ON for today’s Spring Finale! 🎉

That said, with a few lingering showers still moving through, we’re making a small adjustment to keep everyone safe and comfortable:

• Check-in will now open at 4:15 PM
• Races will begin at 4:30 PM

This shift gives the track a little extra time to dry out, and we appreciate your flexibility!

Can’t wait to close out the season together – see you soon!

Hello HKRS Lower Merion!

Parents, it’s your turn to shine!

We are hosting the HKRS Lower Merion Parent Mile on week 5 awards week. Get those sneakers ready and show your runner how it’s done!

If you’d like to participate, please complete the Parent Mile Waiver prior to week 5 below.
Waiver Link: https://parentmile.paperform.co.

Please be ready to show your confirmation email at the start line.

The Parent Mile will be run on week 5 at the end of race day following the 1 mile youth division. The award ceremony for our runners will begin after the Parent Mile is completed and once the race results are done being allocated on-site by the Coordinator.

🚨 Coordinator Needed – Lower Merion, PA 🚨

We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and community-minded leader to step up as the next Community Coordinator for the Healthy Kids Running Series in Lower Merion!

This Spring, our series welcomed over 70 runners, with support from amazing volunteers, parents, and local organizations. Now, we’re seeking someone to carry the torch and help us keep the momentum going into Fall 2025 and beyond.

If you love working with kids, building community, and creating space for families to move and grow together—this might be for you.
