MetaDance Theater was founded on three (3) components: Dedication, Discipline, and Growth. Our dancers all have a passion for what they do, which we feel all dancers should possess. Dedication is the heart of the dancer. One needs to be dedicated to what they are doing in order to perform at their best. If you are not passionate about dance, why dance? From that dedication, comes that discipline.

Our dancers continue to further themselves intellectually, technically, and creatively. Our training never ends. In order to be masters of our craft, we need to remain actively engage. Each member is completely invested in this lifestyle is focused on both self-growth, as well as the growth of the company. The growth in this company is imperative. Dancers need to grow individually as well as corporately. Whether there are 4 dancers or 40, growth should never cease. Our goal is never to be the same company we were the year before. We are ever-changing. Ever-evolving.
