Important to reach out when help is needed!

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. 💙
Strength isn't staying silent—it's reaching out, checking in, and asking for help when you need it. Every man deserves to feel supported, valued, and heard.
You are not alone. Your mental health matters.

We're all in this together!

Board Chair Annie Jaworska recently attended a site visit for the Paws 4 Kids 4 Paws program at the Elmhurst Public Library.

The program provides individuals with developmental disabilities an opportunity to learn how to safely interact with dogs while building social connections in a welcoming and supportive environment. Participants met service dogs Elsa and Regal, learned about dog handling, practiced leash walking, and enjoyed time together with peers.

Programs like Paws 4 Kids 4 Paws help foster confidence, social engagement, and meaningful community connections. We are grateful for the organizations and volunteers who make opportunities like this possible.
