THE CANDY MONSTER IS HUNGRY!

Our Candy Monster has officially moved into the Sunnyslope lobby… and this guy is HUNGRY!

He needs YOUR help filling his belly with candy for our Trunk or Treat 🎃👻

If you have candy to donate, toss it in the Candy Monster and help us make sure our little trick-or-treaters have plenty of goodies to take home!

Come feed the monster!
Every bag helps, and we appreciate every donation!

HEY SUN FAMILIES! ☀️

It’s time to kick off another year of Sunnyslope Booster Club, and we want YOU to come hang out with us!

If you’ve ever wondered, “Wait… who actually puts on all the fun stuff at school?” — hi, that’s us (with help from the school staff of course!)

The socials, the bake sales, the fun nights, the celebrations, and the little extras our kids get excited about are made possible by the Booster Club.

And this year, we want to go BIGGER! 🙌

But here’s the thing… we need more parents. Not parents who have tons of free time (because… does that even exist?), just parents who are willing to pitch in when they can.

You don’t have to come to every meeting. You don’t have to know what you’re doing. You don’t have to sign your life away. Come hear what we’re planning, throw out your ideas, meet some other parents, and find a way to help that works for YOU!

The more people we have, the more we can make happen for our kids.

Come join us! Bring your ideas, bring a friend, bring your coffee… we’ll see you there! ☀️💛

Let’s make this the best year yet!

Once again, school supplies for all students have been purchased and will be in classrooms on the first day of school for the 2026-27 school year.

Please send your child to school with a
backpack
wired headphones
a refillable water bottle
3 boxes of tissue

We’ll take care of the rest! If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 541-440-4192.

Come join us for our final Booster Club meeting of the year!

Have you ever wondered what the Booster Club does? This year, we helped support events and activities such as the Sweet Treat & Heart Beat Dance, Movie Night, Teacher Appreciation Week, the End-of-Year Picnic & Basket Raffle, and the 5th Grade Promotion celebration!

The more families who get involved, the more we can do for our students, staff, and school community. We’d love to welcome some new faces as we wrap up this year, celebrate all that we’ve accomplished together, and start planning for an even better year ahead. 🧡💛

Don’t forget to sign the waiver so your kiddo can access the WOW truck on field day!

Sunnyslope Families,

We have a quick favor to ask as we prepare for Field Day this Thursday, June 11, 2026.
Due to an oversight on our part, we are just now realizing that a liability waiver is required for students to access certain features and equipment on the WOW Truck provided by Thundering Water. We sincerely apologize for the late notice.

We want every student to have the opportunity to enjoy all of the exciting activities and equipment the WOW Truck has to offer during Field Day. To make that possible, we need families to complete the waiver as soon as possible.

Please use the QR code below or complete the waiver online here:

We know this is short notice, but we also know our Sunnyslope community always comes through for our students. Thank you for your understanding, flexibility, and support in helping us make Field Day a fun and memorable experience for everyone.

We appreciate you and apologize again for the late request.
