Aviva Health is a preferred provider for most insurance companies and we welcome Medicare and Oregon Health Plan Medicaid patients. But don't be concerned if you are uninsured or have a high deductible. Our services are billed on a sliding scale which is based on income and family size. Many patients qualify for discounts or payment arrangements. No patient is turned away for the inability to pay.

Good news! Aviva Health’s Sutherlin Clinic is open and seeing patients following this morning’s water main break.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while the issue was resolved. We appreciate our patients and community for bearing with us during the temporary closure.

One young man enthusiastically repeated that Dr. Seeley from our Sutherlin clinic was the “absolute best doctor in the whole wide world.” 🌎 ❤️👏🏼
