Child Scholars

To seek out bright kids with great prospects but who lack financial resources, and then train them from elementary to high school level.

Veritas school was founded in 2013 and began as an idea to make a difference in an impoverished area in Nigeria. Today, over 50 kids have benefited from the mentoring and tutoring by our volunteers. We have had phenomenal outcomes. In April 2015, Child Scholars Inc was formed and approved by the IRS as a 501-c tax exempt organisation. Currently Child Scholars is partnered with Brain Smart School i

n Ikorodu and help provide supplies and other essential tools to helping higher risk children succeed. Books, desks, chairs, and meals are some of the greatest needs we help meet. Our short term vision is to build a school to serve 500 of the greatest risk children.The school will serve to support kids of families who have been displaced and made homeless due to terrorist attacks. We also want to place an emphasis helping street kids. We will rescue them from the streets and give them an opportunity to learn to read and write.

At Nidus Aquilae Hospital, this quarter has been about putting structure where it matters.

With new leadership in place, the focus has been on creating structure, improving care and making better use of existing resources.
