Do you have aluminum that needs recycling? Bring it to our ReStore!

Novelis and Habitat for Humanity have joined forces to encourage local communities to recycle more. Novelis has shared values with us of wanting to create a more sustainable future — and that starts with recycling.

Novelis has provided us with collection bins, which are located at our ReStore, allowing us to collect aluminum for recycling. Once we reach a specific threshold, Novelis provides us with a grant to use to support affordable homeownership in our community.

You can help us reach that threshold by bringing your aluminum to our ReStore from now until October.

ReStore is open Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-6pm.

Located across the street from the Roseburg Library.

Our ReStore operates solely on donations. Have something you want to donate? Here are a few things to know:

🔹We accept donations at the store during our open hours or you can call us and request us to pickup the item at no charge. (While there is no fee for pickups, we appreciate monetary donations to help cover the cost of fuel.)

🔹 All donations must be approved by one of our associates before we can accept the item. (Please don't drop off items without our staff knowing.)

🔹If you aren't sure about if we will accept something or not, call us! We would be happy to go answer any questions you have.

The Umpqua Valley Habitat for Humanity's new ReStore is now open in Roseburg, Oregon! Thanks to a $100,000 grant from Rogue Credit Union and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, the store will support affordable housing and critical home repairs in the local community.

Wow, Roseburg! We had an incredible number of visitors and donations at the ReStore yesterday. Thank you so much for the continued community support.

To keep up with this momentum, we have a new ask. We are looking for volunteers, especially on Saturdays, to assist customers in the store and help process incoming donations.
