📣 Exciting News from the Lance Michael Emmons Scholarship Fund!

We are thrilled to announce that our new online application is officially live! Our mission is to keep kids on the field and in the game, and we’ve made it easier than ever to request support.

Whether it’s tackling registration fees or ensuring your athlete has the right equipment, we are here to help bridge the gap for families across Douglas County.

⏳ Important Timing
To allow our board sufficient time for review and to ensure funds are distributed before the season starts, all applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the registration/funding deadline.

⚖️ Our Commitment
We strive to support as many families as possible with our limited funds. Because of this, please keep the following in mind:

▶️ Approved funding may not always cover the full amount requested, as we work to spread our resources across the community.

Roseburg Youth Football is hosting a Thanksgiving Day football squares fundraiser to create a summer football program for both elementary and middle school players (grades 3-8).

Numbers across the top and side of each board will be randomly selected by noon on 11/27 and the grid will update to show these numbers. Note: each game will have numbers in different order.

Each square corresponds to a score. Match the score at the end of any quarter to win!

Example: If the score is 21–14, the square at (1,4) wins.

💰 Payouts:
• $100 for matching the score at the end of the 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd quarters
• $200 for matching the final score of a game

RYF will announce each winner on Facebook and contact them directly.

Our Golf Tournament Weekend ended with a beautiful day of golf at Bar Run Golf! Congratulations to our winners and thank you so much to everyone that played, volunteered, and supported us ⛳️

Our event raised more than $15,000 to support youth athletics in Douglas County. Like Dotty said, “that’s gonna help a LOT of kids!”.

Our mixer was a huge success! Thank you to everyone that attended, donated, volunteered, and supported 👏👏

I still can’t believe how fun and beautiful the Bar Run Golf pool and lazy river is 🤩 And it is owned by one of the most kind and generous families there is! Kelly Guido won our inaugural duck race and graciously donated back his winnings, despite all that the Guido family has already done for our fund. Our hearts are just so full 🥰
