Today is Groundhog Day. This is the day Punxsutawney Phil emerges from his Pennsylvania burrow. Legend has it, if he sees his shadow, that means we’re in for six more weeks of winter. If not, preparations begin for an early spring. This odd annual tradition began in 1887 and inspired a film by the same name, starring Bill Murray and Andie MacDowell.

Did he see his shadow today? Or are we expecting an early spring?
