2. Loyalty - This is a paramount for any organization or family to thrive and prosper. We believe Guild before all others then faction then the game.
3. Communication - The key to every successful relationship and business is communication. The best way for people to become great is through communication and learning. However, in order to learn, you have to be able to communicate. For ease of communication and the ability to multi-task in and out of game we use Ventrilo to communicate. Out of game we use our page as well as our website.
4. Leadership or Partisan - We have over 100 years’ worth of leadership experience in MMOs as well as in real life with our officers. With that much experience, of know-how, and can do attitude, there is little that we have not been able to accomplish. We have a diverse type of leadership in our Officer core which allows us to look at things from a great deal of different way and angles. However, in order to lead one must be able to follow, and that is where all recruits start. We are looking for those who want to enjoy all aspects of the game. We don't care if you are a patron or free to play player. We look for those that have the ability to support guild members as guild functions in PvE, PvP, as well as economics.
