Last night, members visited the graves of deceased members to lay flags for Memorial Day. Stories were exchanged, as we reflected on memories of those members that have gone before us.

Quick thinking from Assistant Chief Travers, ensured a mother and her two children were able to get escape this blaze with no injuries. Great work chief.

Roscoe-Rockland firefighter Keith Travers was first on the scene of an early morning house fire in Roscoe. As he arrived, he saw a mother and her two children standing on the roof as smoke billowed from the upstairs windows. This weekend. Join Assistant chief Nate Routledge, Robbie Green of Rock Hill FD, Tom Morrow of Wurtsboro FD and Dan Park of Livingston Manor. All proceeds go to help St. Jude Children's Research Hospital it should be a great evening for an even greater cause!

Thank you to everyone that showed up!

Despite the cold weather, the Rockland Elementary Wellness Committee had the largest turn out to date for our community clean up on April 20. The weather may not have been the best, but the participation and effort was! Huge thanks to all, including the Roscoe/Rockland Fire Department for keeping everyone safe on the roads.
