What an incredible night at the Northern Prairie Youth Baseball League All-Star Game for these three players and their coach!

Corbin Beyers proudly represented Roscoe in the Home Run Derby, launching 8 home runs in the first round to lead all competitors and earn a spot in the championship round. While he didn't take home the Home Run Derby title, he put on an outstanding performance with 10 overall HRs!

The boys also had a fantastic showing during the All-Star Games. Their team finished on top in both 5-inning games, showcasing great teamwork, hustle, and sportsmanship throughout the evening.

To top it all off, the team was thrilled to see their coach, Sandra Beyers, recognized as the 2026 NPYB League Coach of the Year—what an honor for Roscoe Baseball!!

Congratulations to Corbin, Braxton, and Brayden—our Roscoe All-Stars—and to Coach Sandra on an unforgettable evening. Thank you for representing Roscoe with pride. We couldn't be more proud of all of you and your season!

Our annual team tradition of wrapping up the season with a trip to the ballpark continued last night, and once again, Bismarck did not disappoint!

We had an incredible time cheering on the Bismarck Larks. They always put on a fantastic show and do such a great job making the experience special for the kids. Several of our kids got to take part in the between-inning entertainment—cleaning the bases, racing each other, and competing in fun games—which is always a highlight to watch!

One of the coolest moments of the night came from the Badlands Bigsticks, though they were the visiting team, the players took time to hand out game balls and stop to sign them whenever our kids asked. Those small acts of kindness create memories that will last a lifetime.

To top it all off, we watched the Larks win with a walk-off home run - any fans favorite finish!

The baseball was only part of an amazing day. We packed in plenty of swimming, burned off some energy at JumpWorks, made our annual stop for everyone's favorite Bearscat Bakehouse for donuts, and finally a few of us couldn't resist a visit to Sports Cave to pick up a few boxes of trading cards.

What a perfect way to celebrate an unforgettable season together. Thank you, Bismarck, for another year full of team memories and baseball.
And, thank you to the parents willing to chaperone and make this happen! I could never do it without you!

What an unforgettable way to end our 12U baseball season—Consolation Champions! 🏆❤️

Five games. 99-degree heat. So many moments that tested these boys and they kept working. Finishing 3rd behind two outstanding teams is something I am incredibly proud of.

We started our day with an 8:30 a.m. game against Northwestern, earning an 8-5 win. Then came one of the biggest moments of the day—upsetting the #1-seeded Ipswich in an absolute battle, coming away with a 20-16 victory.

We ran right into a strong Redfield 1 team and fell 8-18, sending us to the consolation bracket in the hottest part of the day. But these boys went right back to work, defeated Ipswich for the second time 37-5, and earned one more shot at a championship. In the consolation championship game against Redfield 2, they finished with a 17-5 victory and a consolation championship trophy in their hands. 🏆

This league of 11 teams is no joke ——>Every game was a battle, and every team came ready to compete. But what makes me the proudest isn't the trophy or the final record—it's their love of the game. They were so excited for this tournament and didn’t let one loss take them down. They came to play!

Watching this team grow over the season has been such a privilege. Some of these boys played the best baseball of their entire life, which is what every coach hopes for a tournament! Every single boy in the dugout contributed to this team yesterday and
I couldn't be more proud of them. Congratulations to them on an incredible season— they earned every bit of this finish. ❤️⚾

Yesterday, our teams attended our annual baseball camp at NSU. For ten years the NSU coaches have been hosting us for a great day of learning. We cannot thank them enough for their time in working with us!
The kids absolutely love attending and we are so grateful to everyone that financially supports our program and makes this possible!

Last week, the Roscoe Baseball 10U and 12U teams had a team day playing Wiffle Ball in Webster! We had so much fun playing on their miniature version of Target Field! A huge shout out to the grounds crew for preparing the field for us and to their baseball program for allowing us to do this!

GAMES TONIGHT ARE IN WARNER - they are not home games. Game times are 5 pm, 6 pm, and 7:15 pm.

Thursday’s HOME games against Ipswich have been moved to TOMORROW, Wednesday, July 1st. Game times are 5 pm, 6 pm, and 7:15 pm. These games are IN ROSCOE!

A donation box for non-perishables will be out to help the St. Paul’s Lutheran church of Bowdle collection for those in need in Higmore. They are looking for bottle water, bottled sports drinks, paper plates, napkins, and non-perishable food items. Box can be found on the north side of the concession stand.
