Portage County Ohio Horseman Council/ NEOTRA

Portage County Ohio Horseman Council/ NEOTRA NEOTRA (North Eastern Ohio Trail Riders Association) was formed in 2005 as an affiliate club to Portage County Ohio Horse Council.

Our horse club meets at 7 pm the 3rd Wednesday if the month at Edinburgh Town Hall, 6856 Tallmadge Rd, Rootstown, Ohio. Monthly meetings at:

If you are hauling in for the Glow Crazy ride on Saturday when you send your $$’s please let me know rig size, and a contact # if there are questions! It’s $15 donation per trailer.
