Phi Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated was charted during 2014 in the city of West Orange, NJ by five men who were intiatiated into their respective collegiate chapters and wanted to continue to support the ideas of Phi Beta Sigma. Today the chapter has 203 financial members on its roster.The Mu Beta Sigma foundation received its article of incorporation January 2011. The inc

orporation was organized as a charitable educational tax exempt organization under section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue code. The activities of the organization are (1) community educational outreach, (2) Fund raising, (3) Administrative; and (4) Public relations.
