🚧 Construction is moving forward on Phase 2C at Station Yards, marking the next step in the transformation of the Ronkonkoma LIRR train station area.

Demolition activities are now underway, with all existing buildings within the Phase 2C footprint successfully removed and foundation removal in progress. As part of our commitment to sustainable building practices, all concrete from the demolition is being crushed and recycled on-site for use in the development, reducing construction waste and repurposing materials for future use.

Stay tuned as we bring the next chapter of Station Yards to life. 🏗️
