The Seneca County Fire Chiefs Association is heartbroken over the passing of Past President Alvin Deming. Al was not only a pillar of the community, but a great wealth of knowledge to not only the Seneca County Fire Service, but to many across New York State. As an Association, we send our sincere condolences to the Deming family and to the Ovid Fire Department. RIP Al, you will always be with us.
