REVIVE- Federal Home Loan Repair Program! How to qualify for up to $15k grant:
• Must own and occupy a residence, with the name present on the deed (no land contracts)
• Total household income must be at or below 80% area median income
• Existing mortgage and property taxes must be current, no liens
•Applicant has not received grant funds within the past 5 years
Eligible Repairs: Roof repair, HVAC, plumbing, windows, doors, siding, insulation, and accessibility such as ramps, grab bars, walk-in tubs, and showers.
