The Fratelli project in Maicao ensures education for Venezuelan migrant children and indigenous groups. In the largest refugee camp in Colombia, thousands of Venezuelan migrants have found shelter.

The Fratelli project is a non-formal educational center for refugee children and youth. The project focuses on integrating education opportunities for vulnerable children into the national school system. It also supports young people with professional training and literacy courses to enhance their employment prospects

Today, we highlight: 📍Hohola Technical College in Papua New Guinea

This initiative provides technical education and second chances in Port Moresby, primarily serving students who are unable to continue their studies in registered high or secondary schools due to family or personal challenges, as well as those who were not selected for high school.

At just 16 years old, Alexandra Victoria has already shown remarkable resilience and leadership.

She arrived in Maicao, Colombia, as a young migrant from Venezuela with her family, facing difficult circumstances and limited resources. She was one of the first beneficiaries of the Fratelli Project - Maicao, Colombia, and today she is a youth leader serving her community.

Her journey is a powerful reminder of what access to education, support, and opportunity can make possible.
