Rome Health Community Pharmacy is open regular business hours. Today Alliance Imaging delivered a mobile MRI for the hospital which will ensure continuity of care while we upgrade our existing MRI. Located outside of the pharmacy, the mobile MRI is the same technology as our current unit and will be inspected by the New York State Department of Health before it is put into service September 10th. The new upgraded MRI will reduce scan time, which will allow us to increase available testing capacity.

The Rome community really showed up at the recent blood drive at Rome Health on Monday July 27th!

The American Red Cross has recently declared its second-ever national blood supply crisis after blood donations fell to a four-year summer low, so blood donations now are more important than ever.

The goal for the drive was 18 units of blood... but a total of 26 units were collected, which includes 10 power red units! This is an incredible testament to how this community shows up for one another. ❤ Thank you to all that donated!

We're putting on the finishing touches at our Rome Health Convenient Care at Turning Stone Resort Casino primary care center in the new Crescent Hotel. Soon the doors will be open and we'll be providing a wide range of services like primary care, walk-in sick visits, walk-in x-rays, ultra sound, screening mammograms and more.
