Through our theme, “Be Strong,” Joseph will explore the courage of Joshua as he led God’s people into the Promised Land, helping students discover what it means to stand firm in their faith and courageously follow Christ in today’s world.

With a passion for biblical apologetics and equipping the next generation, Joseph brings a unique perspective that will challenge and encourage our youth all week long. 💪📖🔥

🔥 This weekend, 40 men from churches across the Northeast District gathered at Delta Lake Bible Conference Center for the Men of Iron Men’s Retreat. Together we explored what it means to “carry the torch” as men of faith - passing on a legacy of Christ-centered leadership, courage, and devotion.

It was a weekend filled with worship, biblical encouragement, fellowship, delicious meals, plenty of laughter, and much-needed relaxation. The men enjoyed an archery tag battle in the gym, axe throwing by the volleyball courts, and a bonfire on Friday evening. Awesome memories were made and friendships were strengthened!

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this retreat such a blessing!

✅ The docks are in, the boats are out of storage and getting ready for another season on the water, and the lake is warming up day by day. All around camp, preparations are well underway as we look ahead to an exciting summer of ministry, fellowship, and fun.

We're hiring lifeguards, training staff, preparing programs, and getting facilities ready to welcome campers of all ages. There’s a lot happening behind the scenes, and we’re grateful for everyone helping make this summer possible!

A new chapter for Delta Lake has begun!

Following a thoughtful and intentional process, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Brian Powell will serve as the next Executive Director of Delta Lake, effective May 17, 2026.

Brian has been serving as Director of Operations, where he has overseen critical aspects of camp life, including guest group coordination, staff leadership across multiple departments, and the implementation of systems to support smooth and effective operations. His leadership has already contributed to strengthening both the guest experience and internal organization.

Brian brings:
* A strong commitment to Gospel-centered ministry
* Demonstrated leadership in camp and retreat programming
* Experience in staff development and team building
* A steady, relational approach to serving guests and stakeholders

In the coming weeks and months, Brian will be engaging with many of you directly - listening, learning, and continuing to build relationships as he steps into this role. We are confident that his leadership, combined with the strength of our staff and community, will position Delta Lake well for the future.

We invite you to welcome and congratulate Brian on his new role, as well as join us in thanking Rev. Stephen Clark for his faithful service as Executive Director over the past three and a half years. We are deeply thankful for his contributions and dedication to Delta Lake.

Please join us during Family Bible Conference celebrating the coda of Stephen’s times overseeing Delta, and the installation of Brian as our next Executive Director.
