Fairview School Restoration Project

Fairview School Restoration Project The Fairview-E. S. Become a part of the legacy as we ensure the restoration and listing of Fairview and E.S. Brown Schools.

Brown Heritage Corporation (FESBHC), is a private 501C3 nonprofit formed to facilitate the restoration of The Fairview School, now a museum, in Cave Spring, Georgia. Brown schools to the National Historical Registry, as well as, design and develop a permanent Exhibit of museum-like quality. Your support will allow us to provide a learning opportunity for future generations so they too may benefit

from the shared experience of honor, respect, moral character and cheerfulness gained as life skills at the Fairview and E.S. (1924 to 1968)
The Fairview travelling exhibit, "Pride and Dignity", opens January 23, 2012 at the Harris Arts Museum in Calhoun, Georgia. This project is supported by the Georgia Humanities Council and the National Endowment for the Humantities and through appropriations from the Georgia General Assembly. Sponsors: The Rome UPS Store; Advertising Dynamics Inc.(ADI)

Fairview continues to move forward in new ways. Between April 30 and May 30, we will be conducting a Crowdfunding Campaign to fill the financial gap created by increased cost for materials and other changes with suppliers and service providers with respect to completing essential capital projects on the campus. Our goal is to raise $27,000 in this 30-day period. We want to ‘Open the school doors’ this summer for you to make a visit and enjoy the City of Cave Spring and Fairview. Go here to donate: https://interland3.donorperfect.net/weblink/weblink.aspx?name=E350530&id=3

We are using the advantages of social media to expand the Fairview community of support. You can make your support known by making a contribution. You can also spread the word by sharing the link. There’s one more exciting twist. If you like, you can create your own Crowdfunding Campaign to make a personal appeal to your friends on behalf of Fairview. All of this is done in a controlled, highly secured, and safe online environment. We thank you for any way you choose to support this campaign.

Please support my important cause!

As a proud surviving Rosenwald school we are delighted that The Wall Street Journal is shining this spotlight on our collective history.

In the early 20th century, a pioneering partnership between a Black educator and a white businessman brought new opportunity to American South.
