Last night, we groomed
C7 between Germany Rd to Potter Rd
C7L from Germany Rd to Madison Co line near Kanon Valley CC and
C7M to Verona Beach State Park

Just wanted to share this, so riders didn't plan their lunch or dinner plans there today.

Please stay on the marked trail on the Beeches Manor property, do not ride off that marked trail. Thank you!

Beeches Manor will be CLOSED today, February 6th, for a private event.

We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you this weekend! ✨

2/5 Grooming Update

C7 between Erie Canal Village and New London
And S73A to DiCastro's Brick Oven Restaurant and Cycle Shack were both groomed last night, 2/4
C7F and S73B to Taberg, On the Rocks Bar and Grill and Cliff's Market Taberg
And C7 to North Rome, Beeches Manor were groomed today

So, that means all of the WRR trails north of New London have been groomed over the past 24 hours!

Ride RIGHT, Ride Safe, and enjoy our trails. Respect our landowners!

Don't park at any businesses on or near our trail system that aren't listed as Park and Ride Lots on the NYSSA MOBILE APP.

C7M from St Bridge to Verona Beach State Park
C7 from Erie Canal Village to N Rome and Beeches Manor
Access trail to KDK Sports off C7F
C7F from W Rome to Taberg
And S73B in Taberg to On The Rocks Bar and Grill

Grooming Update 2/1:

S73A from West Rome to DiCastro's Brick Oven Restaurant and Cycle Shack Polaris
C7 from New London to Potter Rd and Beeches Manor in N Rome

Which means all of our trails were manicured smooth over the past 18 hours.

And we are STILL having an issue with some snowmobilers who can't seem to be able to read, or ride reasonably along Clock Rd on C7F between Rome and Taberg? WHY? Why can't every snowmobile rider ride slowly through an area with 36 signs that read "SLOW", "Speed Zone", "Respect Landowner", and 15mph??? We realize that those minority of disrespectful riders don't represent all of us, but to the locals and landowners along that short stretch of road... IT DOES!
STAY ON THE TRAIL OR STAY HOME! We groom off the road there for the safety of the locals walking along the road, not wanting to be hit by a speeding snowmobiler! And to keep from having a snowmobile vs vehicle accident. The dead end portion of this road is 20 MPH! But we need riders to stay off the road and on the marked, groomed trail there.
As we've stated prior... We need to police ourselves! If you're riding with anyone in that area, please remind each other to go slowly through. Yes, we know our trails are beautiful... But if this one gets closed down due to the safety concerns, it's a LONG way around to get between Taberg and West Rome.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Dept will be sitting there again, to hopefully write tickets to those who can't seem to be in control of their snowmobile through there!

Grooming Update 1/29:
Over the past 36 hours, all of the WRR trails north of the Barge Canal in New London were groomed. The cold temps have resulted in nicely packed trails that help to stand up to heavy traffic. More grooming tonight.

South of New London is also being groomed this evening.

Watch for the groomers, and remember that in NYS, it's the law that snowmobilers MUST yield to grooming machines at all times.
