"Some products sold at gas stations and convenience stores can contain powerful substances with opioid-like effects. Products containing concentrated 7-OH or tianeptine can carry serious risks, including dependency, withdrawal and overdose.
Availability on a store shelf does not mean a product is safe. Know the risks and avoid products marketed as a quick high or opioid alternative."
