This role will be based in the Cartersville/Bartow County area, with work across nearby counties. Compensation and position level are flexible based on your experience.
What You’ll Do
• Work with local volunteers and community leaders to support youth programs
• Help grow membership and strengthen community partnerships
• Assist with fundraising efforts and special events
• Support and guide volunteers through training and regular communication
• Help deliver programs to schools, churches, and community organizations
What We’re Looking For
• Strong people skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable speaking with groups and building relationships
• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
• Experience in sales, fundraising, nonprofit work, or marketing is a plus—but not required
Basic Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Age 21+
• Willingness to work some evenings/weekends
• Ability to travel occasionally for training
• Must meet organizational standards and pass background checks
