Youths, Young adults, Families, and Community - at-large. Legacy Village founded by partners Michelle Cruse and DeBorah Williams and received its 501c3 in 2004 in the State of Oregon. Later in 2010 open an office in the State of Mississippi. Although Legacy's team were serving the community of Portland, OR 5 yrs prior introducing educational resources, services and programs to underserved men, wom

en and youths. The founders, Williams and Cruse working in their social service professions very early recognized the need for underserved communities to enhance their abilities to become holistically healthy by receiving educational resources and information in a basic delivery...
