The Chevrolet Performance HOT ROD Power Tour is rolling into Rolla on Thursday, June 11, bringing thousands of classic cars, muscle cars, hot rods, and automotive enthusiasts from across the country for a special Route 66 Centennial celebration. Rolla has been selected as an official pit stop on this year's tour!

We expect vehicles to travel through our area from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Participants will travel portions of the original Route 66 through Rolla, entering from the north on U.S. 63 to Kingshighway and exiting out Martin Springs Drive. The official pit stop parking area for Hot Rod registered cars, will be located downtown along Rolla Street, adjacent side streets, and designated parking lots in the downtown area. Hot Rod fans, followers and spectators are asked to use the designated spectator parking.

They’re creepy, they’re kooky… and they’re coming to Ozark Actors Theatre.

OAT will bring The Addams Family to the stage as part of its 2026 professional main stage season,and this production comes with an exciting hometown connection. Broadway star Taylor Louderman, who made her professional debut at OAT at just 10 years old, will return to direct the musical in her directorial debut.

“I’m so excited to return to Ozark Actors Theatre for my directorial debut, after making my stage debut here in 2001 as Annie,” Louderman shared.

Known for her Broadway and television success, Louderman’s return marks a major moment for the local arts community and promises an unforgettable experience for both performers and audiences alike.

Two hundred years of history, community, and Ozark heritage, and the celebration is just getting started.

This year, Maramec Spring Park is celebrating the bicentennial of the historic Maramec Iron Works, founded in 1826 and known for helping fuel westward expansion and even supplying iron for Union ironclads during the Civil War. The park will host special events throughout the year, including concerts, festivals, educational activities, and the beloved Old Iron Works Festival this fall.
