Socktober Socktober is non-profit organization dedicated to the mental health and wellbeing of others. Don't give up, keep fighting! You are not alone.

During the month of October, we at the Socktober organization hand out socks to people to promote mental health and wellbeing. With each pair of socks comes the story of surviving depression and finding reasons to continue on. We also include the number of the su***de hotline and encourage others to find help should they need it. Sometimes something as simple as a pair of socks can help a loved one see through tomorrow.

Hello my friends :) We are making a trip to Adult & Teen Challenge of St. Louis on Friday to drop off some baskets for the sober living graduates! We could still use some help with some items. We need 3 laundry baskets, 3 laundry detergents, 3 kitchen washcloth sets, and 2 can openers. If you can help with items or donations please do, and as always anyone can help us by sharing this post! Every bit helps and we are grateful for your assistance making our world a better place by supporting people in our communities!

hey friends :) we have about a week left to gather supplies for our sober living grads! I’d like to donate 6 baskets (to cover about 2 months of grads). We have limited funds and could use some donations. In order to reach this goal we need:

-4 twin sheet sets (I have 2 on hand)
- 2 sets of bath towels
- 2 sets of wooden kitchen utensils (like spoons, spatulas, etc)
- 2 can openers
-3 kitchen washcloth sets
- 2 dish soaps
-3 laundry detergents

Any and all help is always appreciated. Items can be sent to:
