The Phelps County Fair is THIS WEEKEND, and we’re still looking for volunteers to help with parking!

The Fair Board allows the Dream Center to use the south parking lot in front of the Dream Center all year long for our activities, especially our food distributions, and this is our way of giving back.

Our self-serve, fourth Wednesday of the month distribution is this Wednesday from 5 PM–7 PM!

We still have lots of food available, including high-quality beef from a recent donation!

Thank you to Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe and his wife, Claudia, for touring our facility and making a generous food donation of high-quality beef as well as other food items from their Mansion on a Mission initiative!

It was an honor to have him and his wife visit, and we are grateful for their support of the work we do at the Dream Center.

A huge shoutout to Rolla High School Key Club and Rolla FFA Chapter for assembling thousands of Meals of Hope shelf-stable meals for the Dream Center!

With 52 students serving, they packed an incredible 18,144 meals to help give back to our community. 👏

Another team highlight, Mark Potrafka! ✨

Mark first got involved with the Dream Center after bringing his church youth group to help at one of our Saturday distributions many years ago.

Since joining the Board of Directors in 2019, he has helped coordinate the unloading of delivery trucks and assists with retail rescue throughout the local area. He also helps distribute the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (Senior Boxes) to local residents.

Mark is a vital part of our success and the day-to-day work here at the Dream Center, and we are so thankful for all he does! 💙
