Roland Public Schools is excited to partner with TheBOD Church to help provide Thanksgiving meals for families in our community!

Our food drive will begin next week, November 2, and continue through Wednesday, November 18!

We are asking students to help by donating the following items:

🦃 PK 3 & 4: Box of mashed potatoes
🦃 Kindergarten: Stuffing mix
🦃 1st Grade: Box of mac & cheese
🦃 2nd Grade: Canned yams
🦃 3rd Grade: Canned green beans
🦃 4th Grade: Cream of mushroom soup
🦃 5th Grade: Canned corn
🦃 6th Grade: Mini marshmallows or turkey gravy mix
🦃 7th Grade: Canned corn or brown sugar
🦃 8th Grade: Canned pumpkin or cranberry sauce
🦃 High School: Graham cracker pie crusts or French fried onions

Flyers will be sent home with students with additional information.

Thank you for helping us make Thanksgiving a little brighter for families in our community! We are grateful for our Ranger families and their continued generosity!

Let’s pack the stands and show our support for our 1st–6th grade football players! These kids have worked hard all season, and we want to see those stands full of Ranger pride!

📣 ROLAND YOUTH LEAGUE REMINDERS

🎉 THURSDAY — HIGH SCHOOL HOMECOMING PARADE

Everyone needs to be there NO LATER THAN 5:30 PM at the church across from the hardware store!

🍬 If at all possible, please bring a bag of candy to throw out during the parade.

PLEASE go over with your kiddo NOT to chunk/throw the candy at people! 😂 We want candy flying, but we don’t want anyone getting hit!

🚨 DROP-OFF INFO:
When dropping off your child, PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVE AREA! You can park and walk your kiddo over, or drop them off and keep moving.

If you’ve never had a kiddo in the parade before… IT IS CRAZY in this area! 😂 It will be much easier to drop your child off with their team. There will be plenty of coaches there keeping an eye on everyone.

📍 PICK-UP AFTER THE PARADE:
You will pick your kiddo up at the float, which will be in the parking lot between the Dome and the football field.

PLEASE make sure you let someone know you are picking up your child before leaving!

🎀 SATURDAY — HOME GAME VS. KEYS

🏠 Homecoming starts at 4 PM! All attendees need to be there NO LATER THAN 3:45 PM by the goal post to get lined up. boys will wear uniform and girls will wear dresses

🏈 Game times: 5 PM, 6 PM & 7 PM

It’s our PINK OUT GAME, so come DECKED OUT IN YOUR PINK! 🎀💗 Let’s fill the stands with pink!

🎟️ RAFFLE DONATIONS NEEDED!

If anyone has anything they would like to donate for us to raffle off throughout the day before our grand prize drawing, please get with me!
