Meeting August 18, at 9:30 a.m. We will only be cutting one roll of batting this month.
Please bring completed quilts and batting scraps.

I hope all of you are finding ways to stay cool...including sewing holiday quilts!
Cinda reminded me that there may still be some patriotic quilts out in the pipeline. If you have any patriotic kits, please try to have those sewn and turned in by the October meeting so we can get them to Veterans in November. We also hope to deliver the holiday quilts to Children's in November as well.

The past two months we have received donations through the PayPal Giving Fund. Since we do not see who is making the donations, this is a general "thank you", if any of you are participating in this program. During the June meeting, mother and daughter members demonstrated how to make rag quilts. They were absolutely beautiful. The cutting machine they used saved hours and hours of work cutting.

Christmas in July!

Want a way to stay cool this summer? Try cranking up the AC and sew some very COOL Christmas/Holiday quilts. We have 78 kits that need to be sewn and turned in by our November meeting. I know that sounds a long way off, but it's really not.

As always, bring your completed quilts and scraps. We will be cutting 2 rolls of batting this month.

Hello, Everyone,
This month's meeting is coming up Tuesday, May 19, at 9:30 a.m. at Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church in Pea Ridge.

Please bring completed quilts, batting and fabric scraps. We will be cutting two rolls of batting.
I hope you have been sewing the patriotic quilts and can have them completed and turned in by the June meeting. Our goal is to get them to Children's before the end of June.
