Employability Services
We provide workshops in resume writing, how to have a successful interview, organization and time management, and ethics in the workplace. Computer Skills
We provide workshops in basic and intermediate computer operation as well as software-specific instruction. These workshops are designed to assist our neighbors in developing the skills necessary to be competitive in today’s job market. The Neighbor Network
We offer a holistic approach to providing our neighbors with resources and education to aid them in their transition from living in crisis to living in wholeness and dignity. Services include workshops in financial literacy and life skills which are coupled with case management and support services. Life Skills Training
We offer workshops that equip our neighbors with the resources and education necessary to ensure better family functioning. Our Lunch & Learn* workshops focus on individual topics such as car care, home maintenance, and preparing for stressful life events. Our Organized Life workshops give ideas on how to better organize your home, family, work, and life. Our Family Fun & Fitness workshops offer low-impact Yoga, Thai Chi, Sit & Be Fit, and other fun family-friendly activities.
*Lunch & Learns are breakout sessions that cover home-related topics teaching life skills. Please bring your lunch or a potluck dish to share with your neighbors. We often have recipes to sample from our Nutrition Education classes as well. Financial Literacy
These workshops support our neighbors with the development of the skills necessary to gain and maintain a self-sufficient lifestyle of living within their means. Outreach
We engage with our community through outreach events that serve our neighbors where they live. These projects will provide services to those with barriers that prevent access to service through traditional means. Volunteerism
We believe that everyone has something to contribute to our community. We have numerous opportunities for groups or individuals to join us in strengthening our community and encouraging our neighbors. Tax Center
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) provides our neighbors with free tax preparation and financial literacy. The program is operated by certified volunteers and allows our neighbors the opportunity to file and direct deposit their tax refund for free and ensure proper tax credits are utilized. We also can help neighbors apply for and renew ITINs. Community Events
We offer free outings and activities in the community for our neighbors. These events are designed to create a safe environment for families to interact without incurring a financial burden. Neighbors enjoy the opportunity to step out of their situation into quality family time. Mentoring

Tomorrow is the day.

Veterans, mark your calendars! The 2026 Veterans Health Summit will take place on September 3, 2026, from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks.

There are so many benevolent-minded dental professionals in our area who want to help make care more accessible... Hark helps bridge that gap by connecting people with the right local resources, so getting support feels a little easier.

Call 211 and let Hark help connect you to care.
