The Wild Flower Immersion Retreat that took place yesterday was something we hoped would be meaningful, but the women in that space made it so much more than we could have imagined! Watching each of you move through the stations, sit with yourselves, and open up to the experience was a reminder of exactly why this community exists.

A heart full of gratitude to Jana and Little Sugar Farm for hosting us in the most beautiful location! The land, the barns, the creek set the tone for everything and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home for this retreat!

And to our incredible station facilitators - Lizzie, Lisa, Meggan, Audrey, and Christina - your insights and guidance met every woman exactly where she was! You brought your whole selves to that space and it showed in every single moment!

To every woman who came: you didn’t just attend a retreat. You showed up for yourself, and that takes real courage! We are so honored to have been part of your day!
