The Teen Action and Support Center is a non-profit located in Rogers, Arkansas. We provide free and confidential services to teens and their families in Northwest Arkansas. Mission: We empower teens to take action in their own lives and communities. www.tascnwa.org

As we wrap up TASC's 20th year, we are reflecting on our relationships with our community. One of those relationships is with , an amazing non-profit that is dedicated to creating welcoming and inclusive programming in NWA for LGBTQIA+ youth and allies.

The Equality Crew and TASC partner for things like monthly Dungeons and Dragons campaigns, yearly Pride Parties, and provide volunteers for our seasonal programming. Partnerships like these are what allow us to offer diverse, inclusive programming.

Rush Running and Premiere Physical Therapy hosted a snack and hygiene item drive last week for TASC at their Rogers location for Global Running Day. They asked that everyone who attended bring an item (or more!) to contribute to TASC. Around 85 people attended and contributed items. We collected 1551 snack items and 954 hygiene items.

We want to say a special thank you to Steven at Premiere Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab and Rush Running Co. for hosting this event! Community buy-in and support is an amazing ways to support TASC's mission. Our first session of BLS 2026 is in the books! Our teens went all over NWA to do things like black light paint party with a DJ with Paint your Power , volunteered with Family Network Inc. , learned how to tie knots and read compasses with Pack Rat Outdoor Center , climbed and bouldered at Climb Bentonville, and so much more!

Keep a lookout for week two, where our teens will continue to explore NWA and all our community has to offer!
