The Rogers Lowell Chamber recently participated in a Urban Land Institute (ULI) technical panel, in partnership with the City of Lowell Arkansas, to discuss the future of a downtown Lowell master plan.

In support of the event, RLC’s Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, Sara Lynn Geiger, and Vice President of Downtown Development, Sam Danneberg, provided perspective from the business community.

The City of Lowell Arkansas is the newest Northwest Arkansas community to partner with ULI through its Plan Local initiative. Through this partnership, ULI will identify a multi-disciplinary consultant team to assist the City with downtown master planning work.
