🌺 Aloha from Hawaii — what an adventure! 🤙
Our Sheep Dogs packed an incredible amount into their week on Oahu! They honored our nation’s Heroes at Pearl Harbor, the USS Arizona Memorial, Battleship Missouri and Punchbowl Cemetery, explored Waimea Botanical Garden, snorkeled at Sharks Cove, caught some waves during surfing lessons at Ala Moana, and experienced so much of the history and beauty Hawaii has to offer.
And in true Sheep Dog fashion, when Hurricane Lala caused a change of plans and canceled the scheduled regatta, the group adapted — and took on Koko Crater instead! The challenging climb follows old railroad ties originally used during WWII to move supplies up the crater, making for one final test of determination and teamwork.
But Outdoor Adventures are about so much more than where we go or what we do. They’re about getting off the couch, challenging yourself, building connections with people who understand, and remembering there is still so much life left to experience.
To our Sheep Dogs who joined us in Hawaii — mahalo for an unforgettable week! 🌺
