Dear Rogers Activity Center Community,
For over 40 years, Rogers Recreation Association (RRA), the Rogers Youth Center Board (RYC), and the City of Rogers have had the privilege of operating the Activity Center for the citizens of this City. This partnership is built on shared purpose and a mutual love for this community.
The building will remain under the ownership of the RYC. A bond question coming in November will give the voters a chance to decide if The City will purchase and expand the building. More information will be shared with that in the coming weeks.
Beginning in June ‘26, the sports leagues transitioned to management by the City of Rogers Parks and Recreation Department. All Fall/Winter sports will be fully managed by the City Staff.
Starting September 8th, the City of Rogers will assume management of the day-to-day operations of the Activity Center.
We want to be upfront: this is a positive step, and one we've planned together carefully. Throughout the planning process we’ve approached this as a chance to build on the experience that you know and love at the RAC.
As you know, the Center will be shut down during the week of August 31st -Sept. 7th for the annual week of cleaning and maintenance to take place. When we welcome you back starting Sept. 8th, we expect that you’ll find a clean facility with a few small upgrades to the front desk and Fitness Center, including some new machines.
There will be minimal changes made to your check-in and registration process as we are currently keeping the same software system for your membership. We will have a new waiver that must be signed. A copy of that is attached. Plan to sign for it in person at your first check-in after the shut down week.
There will also be a change in how you register for fitness classes. Please visit rogersactivitycenterfitness.com.

Rogers Recreation Association will continue to focus on funding opportunities for the youth of our community through scholarships for youth sports and providing opportunities for the development of coaches as well as appreciation of our many volunteers, helping even more local kids access the programs and opportunities they deserve.
We're grateful for your continued trust, and for the role you've played in making this Center what it is. Thank you for your patience as we’ve navigated this and for being such an important part of the community that loves and values this Center. If you have questions about the transition, please don't hesitate to reach out to either of us directly.
