Tomorrow is the day! Pig Gig 10 in NJ in honor of Jay.

Well, Pig Gig 10 is TOMORROW, October 26th, at Italian American Hall, 1976 Valley Avenue in Scotch Plains. It is a day of fun, food, laughter, love and music. But, I would like to just remind everyone of what the Pig Gig is really all about...it's our benefit for The Fibrolamellar Cancer Foundation in honor of my nephew, Jay Alexander, who lost his battle to this disease in 2011 at only 20 years old. We started the Pig Gig so other families wouldn't have to go through the heartache that we did. We are proud that every cent of Pig Gig 10's profits goes directly to the Fibro Foundation to help fund research for treatments and - hopefully - cures for this awful disease. It's a really awesome day and for only $70 get a full day of food and entertainment, including The Lonesome Pines, Glenn & Oria, Mike Marino, The Weeklings and Glenn Alexander & Shadowland. Pig Gig in New Jersey is Sunday, October 26. This is a fun-filled day of food, drink, and entertainment, all for a great cause, The Fibrolamellar Cancer Foundation, in honor of Jay.

If you've been to a Pig Gig, then you know The Lonesome Pines! They've been on board since almost the beginning and Pig Gig 10 will be no different! They are a roots-based rock and alt-country band, whose influences include rock, country, rockabilly, and traditional acoustic Americana and we are thrilled to have them back once again! We're so excited to announce our total donation to The Fibrolamellar Cancer Foundation will be $16,625!! Wow! Thank you, thank you!! We had such a great Pig Gig on Saturday thanks to all of our Great Sponsors and Volunteers and Patrons who came and enjoyed the beautiful day with us. We are still tallying the numbers and will post as soon as we have that finalized, but it will be a good one! If you weren't able to attend, you can still donate via Venmo or Paypal. Food will be served 2:00 to 4:00 with a suggested $30 per person donation for food.
