We are proud to announce Nicholle Shoger, Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Baldwin Wallace University, as our new Director.

Nicholle brings years of experience in youth sports leadership, athlete development, and program management. Her passion for mentorship and advancing opportunities for young women in lacrosse makes her a perfect fit to guide Ohio Premier into its next chapter.

“Nicholle’s leadership style, lacrosse knowledge, and unwavering commitment to athlete growth immediately stood out,” said Bob Sefcik, T3 Vice President of Development. “She understands the importance of creating a positive, competitive, and inclusive environment—values that lie at the heart of our mission.”

As Director, Nicholle will oversee all aspects of programming, coaching, athlete development, and community outreach. Her focus will be on strengthening the player experience, fostering team culture, and enhancing long-term player pathways in collaboration with T3 Performance, the program’s new parent organization.
"I’m honored to join Ohio Premier and lead such a respected program," said Shoger. "I look forward to building strong connections with players, families, and coaches—and creating new opportunities for young women to thrive both on and off the field."
