Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins has built an incredible career as a member of the legendary, Grammy Award-winning group TLC alongside Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas and the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes. Together, they became one of the most successful and influential girl groups of all time, giving us timeless hits such as “Waterfalls,” “No Scrubs,” “Creep,” and “Unpretty.” Their music, style, confidence, and powerful messages continue to inspire generations.
TLC is currently co-headlining the “IT’S ICONIC” North American tour with Salt-N-Pepa and special guest En Vogue. This historic tour marks the first time these three influential groups have toured together.
Beyond her remarkable music career, Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins has courageously lived with sickle cell disease and used her platform to raise awareness about the challenges warriors face. She also shared her personal journey through music, motherhood, fame, and sickle cell disease in her memoir, A Sick Life: TLC ’n Me: Stories from On and Off the Stage.
According to recent reports, Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins experienced a sickle cell crisis that required hospitalization and has temporarily stepped away from tour performances. A representative for TLC shared that she is currently recovering and regaining her strength.
